Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Seasonal peaks may also extend processing times slightly—rest assured, we prioritize transparency and will notify you of any significant changes.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60 or more.

All costs are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal. Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions—check your cart for real-time rates.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Due to regulatory restrictions, certain destinations (including remote islands and sanctioned regions) are excluded. At checkout, enter your address to confirm eligibility. For high-value orders to international locations, signature confirmation may be required for delivery security.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For integrated carriers, real-time updates are available directly through our website’s "Order Status" portal. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to customs inspections, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll initiate a trace process with the carrier and either reship your items (if available) or provide a resolution within 10 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. We declare all packages at full value as required by law. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering. Note: Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and will not qualify for compensation.
