This layered necklace is made from 18 karat gold-plated stainless steel and consists of two separate chains, one shaped like a Y that has a ‘tail’ piece hanging vertically at the center front when worn. Both chains feature a slightly different style of metal link, inserted at even spaces along their length as an added detail. At the center back of the necklace there is a spring clasp and an additional length of chain (made from larger links and with a small shell charm at its end) that allows the whole piece to be adjusted.
